Sunpentown will pay freight (both ways) for repair within 2 months from the date of purchase. After 2 month to 1 year, customer pays on way freight to Sunpentown and Sunpentown pays return freight to customer.

One year warranty. Customer must pay all repair and freight charges after warranty period. Warranty applies to residents of the United States only.

Once you receive your RA number, securely pack the entire unit with original proof of purchase or dealer receipt. Be sure carton clearly identifies sender by name and address. Include a letter or card describing defect. Mail prepaid via insured parcel to:
